Secondly, Super Sic Bo simply decreased the base rewards of all bets that haven’t been affected by multipliers instead of relying on a fee. All you have to do is use the chips at the bottom to set your stake, then click on the betting positions to make a wager. The bets themselves are all about predicting the result of a roll of three dice. Once the bets are placed, the dice are shaken in a special transparent container, revealing the winners and losers. The game has a very fast playthrough rate, and rounds generally only last a few short seconds.
Lightning Sic Bo bets are mostly standard Sic Bo bets without any major changes or additions. Some live Sic Bo games have more variety, but this table covers all of its most important bases.
The Lightning Numbers are the big attention-grabber in this game. In every round, lightning strikes 4 or more betting positions on the game table. This happens right after the betting period ends, so you have no way of knowing which bets will be affected.
Every betting position struck by lightning is given a random multiplier between 5x and 2,000x. If you have that specific bet active and it happens to win, you collect the multiplier instead of the usual payout for that bet.
Note that every type of bet in Lightning Sic Bo has a possible range of multipliers that can be applied to it. For example, even money bets such as Small or Even can only be increased up to 15x. Lightning Sic Bo payouts are generally the same as in most Sic Bo tables across the industry. Any veteran Sic Bo fan will find them quite favourable even without the multipliers. Of course, the Lightning Numbers also increase the game’s variance substantially. This means that every available bet can have a range of possible rewards depending on whether it was multiplied or not, and on the size of the relevant multiplier.

Lightning Sic Bo RTP ranges between 95.78% – 97.22%, depending on the bet in question. Sadly, Evolution hasn’t provided any details as to the exact RTP of every type of bet. However, as you can see in our Sic Bo strategy guide, the RTP for most standard tables for this type of game ranges from 83.8% to 97.22%. This means that Evolution Lightning Sic Bo actually has a more stable and consistent payout rate than most of its competitors. As a direct result, pretty much every type of bet is a viable, reasonable option, which significantly increases your strategic options.

This Evolution-made game offers a range of secondary features, including a live chat for communication with dealers and players, and a settings menu for adjusting audio, video, and more. Beyond that, the interface contains some rudimentary statistics, such as the win percentage for some of the most common types of bets. There’s also a result/stat tracker, but it only goes back the past 10 rounds or so.
Lightning Sic Bo is a success on multiple fronts. First of all, it delivers on its premise of increasing payouts through random multipliers. This is all you really want from a Lightning-branded game anyway, so it’s good to know that Evo didn’t get lazy. The fact that the multipliers can reach a whopping 2,000x is just the cherry on top.
More interestingly, Lightning Sic Bo by Evolution is also a more player-friendly game than most live Sic Bo casino games out there. The main advantage it offers is the relatively consistent RTP rate across all types of bets. In fact, the RTP for several types of bets is considerably higher than the baseline industry standard. We’re frankly amazed Evo managed to pull something like this off. They essentially took the (many) underwhelming and low-RTP bets of Sic Bo and balanced the multipliers to make them actually useful. Although the 20% fee won’t be everyone’s cup of tea, the RTP definitely will be.
All in all, Lightning Sic Bo manages to outshine not just other “Sic bo with a twist” games, but also most classic variants. No other game in the Lightning series can boast such a claim, so you can see where our enthusiasm comes from.
