Better yet, the multipliers can actually affect bonus round winnings, resulting in potential payouts of up to 5,207x.
Graphically, it’s a bit minimalist when compared to most of its direct competitors. Enhanced roulette games such as this one are typically presented as game shows, which means the standards for graphical fidelity are quite high. However, Sticky Bandits Roulette keeps things fairly grounded with a basic wheel and a relatively limited studio. It all looks quite good, mind you – just don’t expect the same level of spectacle you would see in games such as Lightning Roulette.

You start by selecting the size of your stake using the chips at the bottom of the screen. Place the chips on the betting position(s) for the wagers you wish to make, and hit ‘confirm’ to complete the bet. Once the betting period is over, the dealer spins the wheel and the winners are determined based on where the ball lands.
All standard roulette bets are available in Sticky Bandit Roulette Live, giving you plenty of options for how you want to play things. Additionally, you can use the Bandit Bonus bet and Buy Bonus option to interact with the bonus rounds. More on that later.
For now, note that only Inside bets can interact with the game’s special features, namely the Lucky multipliers and the Bandit bonus. Specifically, Straight Up, Split, Street, Corner, and Line bets can be used to trigger the features. However, the base rewards that you receive from these bets if you don’t trigger a multiplier or bonus have been reduced compared to industry standards for roulette. Lastly, the type of inside bet you place also affects any potential payouts from the bonus rounds. This depends on how many numbers the bet covers, with less probable bets paying more. For example, Straight Up bets receive the full prize of any bonus rounds they qualify for. Split bets receive 1/2, Street receives 1/3, Corner bets win 1/4, while Line bets win 1/6.
In every round, one number is randomly selected by RNG and marked with a multiplier of 2x, 3x, or 4x.
If this numbers ends up winning the round, any resulting payouts are increased by the displayed amount. For instance, winning a bet on a number with a 2x multiplier offers double the usual rewards.
Lucky multipliers in Sticky Bandits Roulette affect all Inside bets. A Lucky Number can appear on the same number as a Bandit Number. In this case, if the bonus round triggers, all rewards from the bonus round are increased by the win multiplier.
Additionally, three numbers are randomly selected in every round as Bandit numbers. One is Green with a 1x multiplier, one is Blue with a 3x multiplier, and one is Orange with a 5x multiplier. All three are used to trigger the same bonus round. However, if the round is triggered using a Blue or Orange Bandit number, any resulting prizes are increased by 3x or 5x, respectively.
If the ball lands on a Bandit number, all players with an active bet covering that number participate in the bonus round. Everyone else just has to watch.
The bonus round itself is a 3×3 slot machine that’s calculated entirely by RNG. It contains several regular symbols, Sticky Wild symbols, and randomly assigned multipliers across the diagonals. You initially get three spins, but can win more using some of its features.
Like in all slot machines, there’s really not much you can do for this section of the game. Just sit back, relax, and hope for the best.
Playtech Sticky Bandits Roulette contains two betting options you would not find at a typical roulette table.
The Bandit Bet is used to guarantee your participation in any bonus rounds. If you have an active Bandit Bet and the Bonus round is triggered through a Bandit number, you automatically participate, regardless of which number was selected as the Bandit number. This option costs 7x the chip you place on it. Note that only the base chip value is used to calculate any payouts.
The Bonus Buy allows you to instantly trigger a Sticky Bandits Roulette bonus round on the next round, regardless of the actual result. Basically, it means you can take a swing at the slot machine at any time. If you use this option, a private session of the bonus round starts as soon as the current round is over. Only you participate in this bonus round, but it otherwise works as normal. This option costs 90x the bet to use.
Outside bet payouts in Sticky Bandits Roulette are industry standard for European roulette wheels. You probably know them already, but we’ve included them on the paytable below anyway.
Inside bets offer lower prizes than usual. However, they can be affected by Lucky numbers and Bandit numbers, so they have higher potential payouts. Naturally, this kind of setup also makes Inside bets considerably more volatile.
The rewards for the Bandit Bonus can vary greatly depending on how well the slot spins go. The maximum payout here is 5,207x, which can only be achieved using a Straight Up bet. Beyond that, bonus payouts are affected by any applicable Lucky Number multipliers, Bandit number multipliers, and the type of bet you used to qualify for the bonus round. Only Straight Up bets collect the full winnings. Split bets win half, Street bets win a third, Corner bets win 1/4th, while Line bets divide the total result by 6.

Playtech are definitely not the first company to stick a miniature online slot onto a roulette wheel. As it stands, the most unique thing about Sticky Bandit Roulette seems to be its combination of lucky numbers and bonus rounds. Many modern roulette variants have one or the other – almost none of them can boast of having both. While we can’t call this approach the most original, we can definitely point out a few of the things the game does right.
First of all, the bonus round and lucky number multipliers can affect all Inside bets. This stands in contrast to many games of the genre which are all about single-number Straight Up bets. More and more bonus roulette games are allowing you to participate with all Inside bets, and we love to see it.
Secondly, we should point out that the fact that the RTP is so consistent across the board is a small miracle. Most games of this kind accept a small cut to their RTP for a chance of winning bigger prizes. We don’t know how Playtech’s math wizards pulled it off, but we’re impressed.
