Skyline Roulette: Our Review, How and Where to Play!DISCLOSURE

Ezugi by Ezugi

Skyline Roulette is a classic live casino roulette table operated by the software provider Ezugi. It’s a standard European Roulette game set against a breathtaking backdrop of city skylines. Like most roulette games, Skyline Roulette has an RTP of 97.3% with a minimum bet of $0.5 and a $5,000 maximum wager. The game is available on both desktop and mobile on any casino that hosts Ezugi software.

Although this Ezugi release doesn’t offer anything new gameplay-wise, it’s one of Ezugi’s most impressive releases to date. The focus is fully on the incredible studio from which the game is streamed, offering a completely new way to experience online roulette. This review takes a close look at Skyline Roulette and its features.

The release of Skyline Roulette was a bit of a surprise. Ezugi had no major new releases in years, largely working as a sort of side-brand for Evolution focused on localized native-speaking tables and similar operations. Skyline Roulette hit the casinos quite suddenly, and most fans were scrambling to see what this new, high-budget roulette table had to offer.

As it turns out – not much. At least if you were hoping for an innovative roulette game with bonus features or something similar like we were. Instead, Ezugi just took standard European roulette rules and made them look pretty. Very pretty, to be frank. We just wanted to get one thing straight right from the get-go – if you know how to play live roulette or have played it in the past, you’ll know exactly how Skyline Roulette works. This new release is practically identical to standard Ezugi roulette in most regards. Its distinguishing features are tied to its fresh new interface and studio.

We won’t spend too much time describing what it actually looks like – that’s what the pictures above are for. Instead, we’ll just note that it’s a massive, marked improvement over any previous Ezugi live casino games. This brand typically keeps their streams efficient and their studios stripped-down and simple, which works for quite a few players around the world. Skyline Roulette is streamed from a premium-quality roulette with AR-made skylines of different metropolises from around the world.

How to Play Skyline Roulette

As we mentioned previously, there’s nothing particularly unique about the rules of Skyline Roulette. It’s just a fancy new Ezugi Roulette table. That said, we’ll walk you through the basics just in case.

All you need to do as a player is place your chips in the betting positions you want. Click on the chips to select the size of your stake, then use the betting table to make wagers.

All standard roulette bets are available, including inside and outside bets. You can also place sector bets using the racetrack view in the lower right corner. Once your wagers are confirmed, all you have to do is wait for the next round. There’s a 15-second waiting time between every round, so you can take your time and strategize.

Once the betting period ends, the dealer will spin the wheel. As usual, the ball lands on a pocket of the wheel, marking it as the winning number. The game uses a European-style wheel with a single zero pocket, which is generally considered to be better than the double-zero variant.

Strategy Tips
  • 1
Roulette is completely based on chance. Remember to manage your bankroll properly for the best results.
  • 2
Beginners should probably stick to safer options such as red/black because they're the most likely to win.

Payouts & RTP

Ezugi Skyline Roulette pays industry-standard odds across the board – no surprises there. As always, the reward for any bet is proportional to how risky it is. You can check out the paytable below for more complete details.

Bet Numbers Covered Payout
Inside Bets
Straight Up 1 number 35:1
Split 2 numbers 17:1
Street 3 numbers 11:1
Corner 4 numbers 8:1
Line 6 numbers 5:1
Outside Bets
Dozen/Column 12 numbers 2:1
Red/Black/Even/Odd/Low/High 18 numbers 1:1

Skyline Roulette RTP is 97.3% across the board. Again, this figure is fairly standard and applies to all bets in roulette. The high RTP is there because of the European-style wheel. You can find out more in this article that compares classic roulette variants.

Our Verdict

If you want to play live roulette from Ezugi, Skyline Roulette is probably your best option. It doesn’t really offer any distinct advantages over other tables, but it looks the best, which is its main draw.

There’s not much left to talk about when it comes to rating the game, though. Classic roulette is a tried-and-true concept, and we’re sure players will never get tired of it. That’s why we welcome this new addition to the Ezugi portfolio. We’re sure many fans will be glad Ezugi chose not to fiddle with the rules and payouts.

It’s not the most interesting or unique release, but it outshines most earlier Ezugi offers through sheer production value.
