Meet Your Dealer: Live Casinos Introduces Diana from BetGames

Almost ten years after the company was founded, BetGames is now an established member of the live casino vertical.

That being said, Live Casinos decided to get in touch with our friends from BetGames.tv once again with an aim to bring the interesting world of live casinos closer to our audience. To do so, we had a chat with a number of live dealers presenting Bet Games products.

What tables do you operate?

I operate on all the live games, with products such as Bet on Poker, Andar Bahar, Bet on Baccarat, Rock Paper Scissors, Speedy 7, War of Bets, as well as Wheel of Fortune, Lucky 7,6, and 5, Dice Duel.

Do you enjoy working with BetGames?

To say I enjoy working at Betgames is an understatement. In the eight months I have been with the Betfamilia, I have learned so much about myself and my work as well as meeting a host of vibrant people. I am happy to call some of them my close friends. I look forward to continuing my career in BetGames and am excited to see what the future holds.

What’s your favorite BetGames table/game?

The most enjoyable game for me is the ‘Bet On Poker’. While hosting this game I feel like a player, and this immersive, interactivity is one of the reasons I love it so much. I catch myself trying to guess the winning ‘hands’ and often have to remind myself I am not a player. However, after work, when I play poker, this intuition does not always work in my favor, but that is half the fun. Overall, I can see why this is one of the most popular games on Betgames

How did you decide to become a live casino dealer?

It feels as if this profession comes naturally to me and on some level, I was sure I would be involved in something like this. I stumbled on this opportunity through an advertisement and I knew I had to apply. Completing the trial shift only made me more certain that this is the role for me.

Any advice for people thinking about becoming game presenteers?

"I would simply recommend to go for it and apply!"

Favourite Part of the Job?

What is your favorite part of the job?

The best part of the day is the friendly chatter and gossip during breaks. I found that the family-like community at BetGames makes me look forward to my shifts the most. The atmosphere we’ve built here is truly fun and exciting.

How do you think the live casino vertical is reshaping the entire casino industry?

I believe the casino industry is going through immense changes. The technologies used in current-day online casinos is bringing a new way of I-gaming. This brings accessibility and comfortable gaming experiences for a broader range of players.

What is your advice for people who are thinking about becoming live dealers?

Don’t seek advice from people who know nothing about this industry. There are many stereotypes and false information floating around and it is easy to get distracted. The best way to understand if this is for you is to try it out. Just be ready to always smile and be talkative. Some practice in front of a mirror might come in use.
