Hi, Milda. Welcome to Live Casinos and thank you for taking the time to speak with us. Where are you from?

I am from Lithuania; I live in the most beautiful capital in the world – Vilnius. And my job, where I am currently working (BetGames) is in the center of the city.

What tables do you operate?

I operate twelve tables, where nine of them are always live, without any breaks. Those twelve games consist of seven-card games, three lotteries, dice duel, and wheel of fortune. During my shift, I operate all of these games and a couple of them even more than once.

Do you enjoy working with BetGames?

I have been working for this company for almost four years. When I joined this team, things were completely different: we did not have so many games, we did not have so many opportunities, and we all worked together from one office. Currently, we are very free as the studio department conducts its activities from one office and the other staff work from a nearby office.

In the offices, we have all the amenities not only for proper work but also places for rest and entertainment. We are located in the very center of the capital, so it is fun to enjoy the nearby opportunities of the city, admire the views and skyscrapers. Thanks to a very pleasant and young team, it is fun to meet at work, discover like-minded people and share our personal experiences. It is a pleasure to work and observe how much this company gives to each of us, contributing to our personal development and growth. It gives you a chance to climb the career ladder, participate in various activities and test your strengths. I learned a lot about myself during this year. I participated in the Ice London gaming exhibition, became the face of the company’s calendar in January, filmed various commercials, participated in many photoshoots and won a number of competitions, and most importantly worked with high-quality real professionals. I have a lot of respect for the leading team, from whom you can always get help, understanding, and personal support because I am also a student.

The company never forgets a single employee’s birthday, as well as other holidays. The holidays are extremely fun and always surprise me. I will not be mistaken in saying that our company holidays are the best in Lithuania, and maybe even in the whole of Europe. I enjoy working in this company because for me it is like a second home and I love everyone as my family.

Favorite Part of the Job?

What’s your favorite BetGames.tv table/game?

My favorite game is Dice Duel because when I am operating this game, I feel free and close to the players. I have always loved dice – maybe it is from my childhood. Moreover, since the beginning of my career, I fell in love with Poker. which is interesting, produces the unexpected, and is a game where everything can happen, even the weakest hand, in the beginning, may win on the river.

When I present this game it feels like I am a player, not a dealer.

How did you decide to become a live casino dealer?

It is a fun story. When I first came in this job interview, I did not even know where I was and was very surprised at how amazingly professional everything looked. I think my supervisor remembers my reaction very well.

I was surprised to see how quickly and beautifully everyone works. From the moment I saw the games on the TV screens, I realized that I would love this company. I could not even imagine that games of this level could be broadcast, especially from my country. From then on, I was part of the Betfamilia.

What is your favorite part of the job?

I really like the beginning of the shift. When we meet our colleagues, we talk and share our personal experiences. As we prepare to air, we often help to each other as much as possible. I love the beginning of the shift because we see each of us transform into a beautiful swan that stretches out to play the games. That surrounding beauty is very inspiring and motivating, elevates self-esteem, and creates a sense of well-being.

How do you think the live casino vertical is reshaping the entire casino industry?

I think live casino games make it easier for players to empathize and for hosts to build a closer relationship with them. Continuous game management allows us to get to know the players better, analyze the betting statistics and help with game fluidity.

It is a convenient and pleasant environment for the players. I think every company tries to focus on live streaming games, but face obstacles in maintaining streaming quality, so I am very excited to work for BetGames, whose streaming quality is one of the best in the world. What is your advice for people who are thinking about becoming live dealers?

First, I would advise people not to be afraid. From the outside, this kind of job may appear to be difficult, but trust me, it is a pleasure to work here, where you can learn and discover new things.
