• What kind of training did you need to do and how long did it take before you could work as a live dealer?  

At my previous job, I had training in different types of games. It was a new company so it took us a long time to figure everything out. When I started working at Authentic Gaming it took roughly 5 days to learn everything about roulette and go live for full sessions and full days.

• What is your favorite part of the job?  

My favorite part is the food we sometimes get. I’m kidding of course, although it is nice. The best part of the job is the feeling you get when you step in front of the camera, knowing there are players watching. Of course, I want to satisfy the company, the players and myself and give them a nice experience.

• How do you think the live casino vertical is reshaping the entire casino industry? 

The thing is that now, in the last period of time, people were kind of forced to go online. Even more than before and also the players that usually would have gone to a land-based casino. I think that due to the current situation a lot of people have discovered Live Casino and will stay or choose for both.

• What is your advice for people who are thinking about becoming live dealers?  

Just give it a try! It is a very safe environment to work in. Especially if you have a dilemma about whether to choose between a land-based casino or  Live Casino. Of course, here you don’t have the actual face-to-face contact.  But it will likely be opening you up as well. Towards others, because you will work with different people from all around the world. Being in front of the camera and acting in front of the camera will make you get to know yourself more and can make you feel more relaxed.

• What do you like to do for fun in your leisure time when you’re not working as a live dealer?  

When I have time off, I like spending it with my close friends. For example, I love to just chill at the beach and have fun. But also just having a nice dinner at home and enjoying being together with friends is something I love to do. I don’t really like to party all the time and of course, the possibilities are not there at the moment.
